Love Tera Salon!  Great service and welcoming atmosphere!  From the front of the house to the back you will receive top notch service!  Tricia is incredibly talented and a great conversationalist. This place is great. The new owner is kind, friendly, and caring. The receptionist Audrey is super helpful, beautiful and is willing to have a conversation while your waiting in the lobby. Rather then sitting in awkward silence. Krystal is my stylist and has been for over a decade. She is very knowledgeable and is willing to answer any questions you might have, without hesitation. Her cutting and hair clipper skills are unmatched. She is beautiful, hard working, friendly and caring. I highly recommend her for both men's and women's styles. First time client here. From the moment I entered the Salon I felt I was in the right place. Very comfortable and beautiful Salon. I came in with black hair wanting brown. My stylist Krystal was beyond amazing!! She not only got me to my desired look, she also helped me understand the process as we worked together on thoughts to achieve it! Krystal is such a hard worker and pays so much attention to detail. Our interaction and how she goes about her job was so comfortable and caring. I'd be happy to come here every day just for the ambiance and the head massage. Thea did my friends hair, it turned out amazing. She did balayage and curled after. I had my roots touched up and had the best, most epic head massage in a dim room. They even have a nice warm towel after. I've been to 3 hair salons here in the area. I truly had no idea this gem was located in Medina! 

Kaylee did an amazing job when waxing my brows. It was one of the most relaxing experiences ever. I will definitely be back to see her when my brows need TLC again. The spa area was so relaxing... I almost fell asleep. Seriously amazing. 

Krystal did an amazing job with my hair. I'm growing out a buzz cut and to say the process has been complicated would be an understatement. She did a wonderful job walking me through what would be best as I grow my hair back out and she also taught me how to style my hair growing forward.

I have been getting my hair done by Barbara Johnson for over a decade, and with good reason! She is the best colorist ever! She understands how to complement your complexion with her coloring, and understands how to complement your face shape with her cuts. But the real icing on the cake to being confident you'll be happy with your look is how great her personality is. You are always in for pleasant time in Barbara's chair! Love, love, LOVE her! Always worth the hike to wherever she is, but Medina's Kalla Lily is my favorite place she has been as well! I have been trying to find a stylist since I am new to the area. I stopped into Kalla Lily to get my daughter a cut and was pleasantly surprised. We were paired with Shelby. I ended up coming back to see Shelby myself and was happy again. She listens and is very professional and precise. Great cut, great attitude, and nice salon. I will be returning. **This is my husbands Yelp account ** I randomly made an appointment at Kalla Lily online and had the best experience with Jackie!! They sent me email confirmations, called, and texted to remind me of the appointment. From the moment I walked in they were welcoming, giving me a small gift for my first appt and a discount for product. Jackie was fabulous- easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about color. I showed her a photo and Pinterest and walked out the door with the exact cut/color I was hoping for. FABULOUS!!!
Love the haircuts, service here!!!  Laurie is great!  She provided me with excellent service, great cut, great color.  The message you get during the shampoo is extraordinary.  The salon goes above and beyond!  Love it!!!
